Work With Us

We are proud of our services and the people who work for us. We offer competitive rates of pay and have an excellent training packages available to staff which offers professional opportunities to grow and develop within the company.

We promote a therapeutic parenting approach to working with young people and all staff will be provided with a 12 week training programme which will be delivered by our clinical psychologist to allow them to draw on and develop their professional practice, promoting the values of nurturing attachment and therapeutic parenting. This training underpins the ethos and values of the homes’ Statement of Purpose and gives staff a framework and structure from which to work from.

As the company and team grows organically staff are given the opportunity to undertake specific training related to their individual interests and all professional development opportunities are supported and promoted wherever possible.

Staff are supported via team meetings, individual supervision meeting and annual appraisal meetings. Senior Managers attend team meetings and are available to discuss any ideas, concerns or issues to ensure that the team feel valued and that their opinion can make a difference.

Staff are valued throughout the company and we continue to work proactively with teams to promote inclusion and equality.
